In this context, the International Year of Millets 2023 assumes profound significance as it brings to the forefront the therapeutic potential of these humble grains from an Ayurvedic perspective. This article delves into the rich tapestry of millets, elucidating their role in Ayurveda as a source of nourishment, balance, and healing. Exploring millets through the lens of Ayurvedic nutrition, to unearth the unique qualities of various millet varieties, deciphering their impact on the Dosha - Vata, Pitta, and Kapha.
