Abstract

The issue of research was recognized by noting the weakness of the players' motor coordination, besides the lack of precision in most of the long-distance shots in futsal for the players of Al-Fatat Sports Club, which prompted the researchers to study this weakness and find effective means and methods for it. The research aimed to:

  • Create educational units based on the Schmack model in motor coordination and increase the precision of long-distance running in football for players of Al-Fatat Sports Club.
  • Know the effect of educational units according to the Schmack model in motor coordination and improve the accuracy of long-distance scoring in futsal for the players of Al-Fatat Sports Club.

The researchers employed the experimental approach to address the nature of the issue, included players of Kirkuk clubs in futsal for players (Sulaf Sports Club, Al-Fatat Sports Club, Al-Thawra Sports Club, and Gaz Al-Shamal Sports Club) in Kirkuk. In a random manner and by lottery, Al-Fatat Sports Club was selected, numbering (17) players, and (5) players were excluded for the exploratory experiment and (2) goalkeepers, so the final experimental research sample comprised of (10 participants). The researchers developed educational components based on the Schmack model and assessed the effectiveness of the long-range goal-scoring skill in indoor soccer for female players. Two exploratory experiments were conducted on the exploratory sample to verify its scientific coefficients. After that, the pre-tests were conducted for the experimental group, and then the main experiment was conducted and included implementing educational units that contain a variety of exercises with the application of the Schmack model for (8) weeks at a rate of (2) educational units per week. After that, the post-tests were conducted and the data were analyzed mathematically using numerical values (SPSS). Through the results, the researchers obtained several findings, the most significant of which are:

  1. Educational units according to the Schmack model have a positive effect on developing the motor coordination of the players of the Al-Fatat Sports Club in indoor soccer for female players.

Educational units according to the Schmack model have a positive effect on improving the accuracy of goal-scoring skill in indoor soccer - for the players of the Al-Fatat Sports Club.
