The analysis then quantifies the transformative opportunities in legal practice, such as saving legal professionals hundreds of hours annually and expanding access to justice through Online Dispute Resolution (ODR). The core argument centres on the challenges to normative justice, exemplified by the <em>State v. Loomis</em> case, which highlights the constitutional crisis posed by proprietary, opaque &ldquo;black box&rdquo; algorithms in high-stakes decisions like criminal sentencing.
