Classroom management is one of the most important aspects of effective teaching and learning. Proper classroom management helps in maintaining discipline, improving student participation, and creating a positive learning environment. In secondary schools, students belong to an age group where emotional, social, and behavioural changes are common. Therefore, teachers must use effective classroom management strategies to ensure smooth teaching-learning processes. This research paper discusses the importance of classroom management, challenges faced by teachers, and various strategies that can be implemented in secondary schools for better educational outcomes.
